    FLIPR Penta High-Throughput

    Cell screening system

    Powered by high-speed EMCCD camera options and new Peak Pro 2 software modules, the new FLIPR Penta High-Throughput Cell Screening System measures and analyzes peaks of human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) differentiated into myocardial cells and neurons up to 100 times per second, quickly perform analyses such as Early After Depolarization and Bating Abnormality (EAD).

    Among the four test items of the CiPA Guideline, the possibility of arrhythmia and early screening of EAD (Early After Dipolari-zation) are possible, which quickly eliminates toxic candidates in the early stages of drug development and helps reduce the cost of new drug development.
